Clalaclan skirts

I began the fluffy white skirt from Clalaclan’s cosplay!

The most difficult part is making the small bouncy ruffles at the skirt edges. I opted for a double circle skirt with horsehair braid sewed on the edges: the fabric gathered at the waist should make nice ruffles.I am still waiting to receive the horsehair braid,  I hope this technic will work!

I used white duchesse sateen to make the skirt. The fabric isn’t too heavy but the skirt is huge!

I had to fold it to make a proper photo.
